Our Part-Time Tech Program delivers the same high-quality, project-based self paced technical training that StartSchool is known for — just in afternoons, evenings and on Saturdays. Designed for busy professionals, this program gives you hands-on experience in software development, AI, cloud, or data — on a schedule that works for you.

StartSchool Part-Time program is a flexible, career-focused program designed for people who want to build real software skills while balancing work or other commitments.

Built for working professionals, career switchers, and beginners alike, the program delivers the same hands-on, practical curriculum as our full-time path—just in a format that fits around your schedule.
The StartSchool curriculum is organized into two modules: Tech and Startup.

Part-time students can choose to follow the Tech Path only* to focus purely on development skills, or combine Tech + Startup** for the full Founder Path experience, adding product thinking, teamwork, and startup-building fundamentals.

Learning by Doing

Being a good software engineer, ML engineer, developer, or data scientist isn’t something you’ll learn by reading a book or watching a video. You need to DO it! Learning by doing has been scientifically proven to be a superior way of learning, but more importantly, it's a method that simulates the workplace and prepares students for jobs.

Gamified Learning

You will gain points for completing projects, correcting your peers, and contributing to the community. These points can be redeemed for peer reviews, special events, or special project opportunities.

Mastery-Based Learning

We use mastery-based learning: you need to master each Season of the curriculum and the 12 subject areas covered in technical interviews. The point isn’t to pass; it’s
to be confident and able to use the skills required for software engineer jobs.

For a successful learning experience you’ll need to commit to several hours during the weekdays and/or week-end.

Study Format

  • Schedule: Weekday evenings & Saturdays

  • Pace: 10–12 months depending on your chosen track

  • Format: Hybrid – self-paced projects + live collaboration sessions

  • Language: English

  • Location: Online

  • Tuition: 200 EUR per month for Tech Module + 200 EUR per month (excl.VAT) for Startup Module, 400 EUR per month (excl.VAT) for access to Both Modules
